BURNING is a THRASH SPEED METAL band founded in Bogotá D. C., Colombia, on April 2007. On its very beginnings, the band was a NWOBHM project, which lasted until 2010, whenthe band the band members decided to change the a faster and more aggressive sound, inspired by old school THRASH and SPEED METAL, and also by southamrican 80 ´s UTLRAMETAL. The same year the demo "Burning In Hell" saw the light, with 6 trcks of the newest sund from BURNING, and a cover (Sign Of Evil - Violent Force"). In 2011 the band released the EP "Infernal Steel", cult production in the history of BURNING, with 6 tracks of pure infernal SPEED METAL. In 2012 the band started to work on the very first Full Lenght, and a brand new EP. Due to personal commitments, the band entered in a "hiatus" state, limiting their activities to rehearsals and songwritting, untill 2015, when BURNING returned fuly to perform live shows and recording in studio. That year saw the heretic conception of the "Blasphemy" EP, with 6 tracks of madness, in a cassette edition limited to 100 copies. In 2017, after a series of difficulties, finally the band could release the Full Lenght "Chains, Leather & Hell", edited by Ultrametal Productions (Colombia) in a profesional edition on CD, limited to 300 copies. After 2 years of live shows, tons of buzz and a lot of metal mania, BURNING signed a contract with SHADOWS OF DEATH RECORDS, which brought BURNING´s most recent production, "Victims Of Fear", edited in profesional CD, Cassette, and, for the first time in the history of the band, avaliable in all major digital platforms.
